KyLee Sutton did a remarkable job using dry needling on my osteoarthritic knee, fully relieving my knee pain and giving me much more mobility. Kylee was very skilled with the procedure, extremely knowledgeable and put me totally at ease. She also helped me regain strength and become pain-free using PT for a torn rotator cuff. I highly recommend KyLee and the friendly staff at Kaizen.

I have chronic pain from scoliosis in my lumbar that Rodney has relieved using two different treatments: dry needling and laser. Both seem to accumulate benefits in time. I can walk and bend forward with much greater ease- even in the mornings when I am stiff. The front office is super efficient at direct billing of my insurance company; the parking is free and it’s convenient to U Village. Rodney is the best. ❤️

I required pelvic floor PT for a prolapse. Emily was absolutely wonderful. She was very professional, comfortable and respectful in her initial exam. Subsequent proposed exercises were progressive and easy to do but one towards the end that I am still working on. We had open and realistic exchanges regarding the outcome of this therapy for my condition, being the first step to attempt before escalating to other treatments.

I had a knee replacement and they accept Medicare for physical therapy both before and after my surgery. I found the desk staff very friendly and helpful setting up the necessary appointments and my therapist Kylee is really good and keeps me challenged to improve my range of motion exercises she is very particular about alignment and getting the correct muscle groups to work for each exercise. There is also an elevator in the building for those rough days when stairs are not an option. Overall I am very pleased with the therapy.

Most grateful for referral from Dr. Eva Young, Orthopedic Physicians Associates. Great experience with all Kaizen staff and Rodrigo, PT. All are welcoming, friendly, respectful, and resourceful. Wlling to assist with re/scheduling and insurance providers. Rodrigo, PT, is knowledgeable, skilled therapist. He listens carefully to your concerns and clealy communicates treatment plans and instructions. Highly recommend Kaizen and Rodrigo, PT!

I recently visited Kaizen Physical Therapy to address issues with my feet. I am in my early 70s and play tennis regularly and do a lot of walking. In the last few months, I have had real pain in my feet after tennis and some swelling and tenderness around bunions. A podiatrist prescribed inserts with metatarsal support that helped but did not completely eliminate the issue. After a consultation with Kaizen's Kylene Sutton, I embarked on a six-week program to strengthen my feet and other muscles. The therapy has greatly improved my stamina and shortened my recovery time after intense exercise. I highly recommend Kaizen and therapist Kylene Sutton to others with similar issues.

I had been suffering from chronic tension headaches for several months and decided to try PT. Kaizen was able to get me in relatively quickly and I began working with Reese Fujimoto. He uses manual therapy that has been very helpful and has been flexible in creating a home routine that is doable and not overwhelming, making changes week to week as needed. After several weeks of PT on site and being consistent with exercises at home, I have had almost no headaches at all - the best I have felt in months! I wholeheartedly recommend Reese and Kaizen

I had Reese Fujimoto work on my left foot that was recovering from a stress fracture. He was great with a combination of massage and exercises. I can now go up and down stairs without pain and have gently started folkdancing again. My left foot is working better than my right. I must remember to exercise both feet/legs equally now. Reese has given me a great set of exercises to continue with on my own.

Breaking my leg was obviously not a great experience, but working with Rodrigo at Kaizen Physical Therapy made a huge difference in my recovery. He was knowledgeable, patient, and always thoughtful about how to help me rebuild strength and confidence. Thanks to the rehab process, I’ve been able to return to the activities I love, including bouldering and going to the gym. It’s been really encouraging to see my strength and confidence come back. The name Kaizen means continuous improvement, and that’s exactly what I experienced — step by step improving my strength, mobility, and overall quality of life. Highly recommend! 👍

Reese helped me recover from ACL surgery and made the whole process way easier. He’s super friendly, knowledgeable, and always took the time to explain what we were working on and why. I felt like he really cared about my progress and helped me build confidence in my knee again. The staff at Kaizen PT were also welcoming and made every visit a good experience. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone recovering from an injury or surgery.
